SISO外国留学生宿舍管理规定
Administrative Regulations Of International StudentsDorms（ISD）
1、 留学生应自觉遵守各项中国法律、校纪校规和各项规章制度，不得利用宿舍从事违反中国法律及学校校规的活动；
Foreign Students must abide by Chinese laws and all rules and regulations of SISO.Foreign studentsshould not be involved inanyillegal activities which violate either Chinese law or school regulations.
2、 留学生原则上四人住一间房，入住时严格按照名单分配房间和床位入住,不得私自迁移、调换房间或多占家具设备。留学生出入留学生宿舍楼时请主动出示学生证。
Four foreign students share a four-bed dorm.Foreign studentsdormsand beds are allocated in advanced by the Institute.Eachforeign studentshould live in the assigned dorm . Changing rooms without permission or over-occupying furniture is not allowed.While entering the dormitory building, foreign students need to show student ID to the janitor.
3、留学生在住宿期间调换房间，须向国际学院递交书面材料申请，国际学院将根据具体情况处理。
If any student would apply for room change, formal application should be submitted to School of International Studies.
4、遵守会客制度，不得留客过夜。来访客人应填写来访登记表，得到管理人员的许可后方可进入留学生宿舍。违反者将被严肃处理。
Foreign students should observe the regulations for visitors,and should not keep visiting guest in the dorm overnight .Visiting guest should fill in a visiting sheet, and enterdormwith the manager’s permission.
5、留学生应主动服从并配合物业管理人员查房和清点人数的工作，对出现夜不归宿情况的要及时向物业管理人员和班主任报告。
Foreign students should be voluntary compliant and cooperative with property managerial personnel to check dorms and count the number of foreign students.Fortheoccurrenceof“nightout”, reports should be made to the property manager and head teacher of the class in time.
6、保持宿舍的清洁与安静。禁止在宿舍举行社交聚会、大声喧哗及高音量播放音乐等。禁止在宿舍楼内酗酒；不得在室内或楼道内随意打洞或涂划张贴；不得在宿舍区内或向窗外乱扔杂物；不得在楼道内堆放私人物品，所有学生物品必须放在宿舍房间内；不得在宿舍内饲养宠物。
Please keep the dorm room clean and quiet. Social gathering, loud noises, high volume music are not allowed in dorm.Drinking alcohol in the dorms is forbidden.No scrawling on the wall, personal belongings are not allowed to be placed in the public areas, no littering anywhere, and no pet is allowed to be kept in the dorm.
7、若发现房内设施、物品有人为污损或遗失，宿舍管理人员有权请其按件赔偿。对故意损坏的，如不能说明造成损坏的直接责任人，则赔偿费由本室人员均摊，情节严重者报学校处理。宿舍的钥匙和门卡不得随意转借他人，严禁私自换锁、配钥匙或另加门锁。如果遗失钥匙和门卡，请及时向服务台报告，带有效证件到服务台登记补办。
Facilities, furniture and appliances in dorms should be taken good care of. Furniture and other items in the dorms should not be moved or changed arbitrarily. Any man-made damage and loss need to be refunded. If the person who is held directly responsible for any intentional damage cannot be specified, students who share the dorm will go halves for the damage. Key or access card should not be lent to others, and changing lock is strictly forbidden. Whenthe key to dorm or access card gets lost, please report to management office.
8|、因工作需要（例如，空调、管道、消防设施等的检查和维修）要进入留学生房间，宿舍管理人员将提前通过张贴通知等方式告知留学生。在通知规定的时间内，不管留学生是否在房间内，宿舍管理人员有权进入房间施工或检查。遇到紧急情况（例如，火灾、医疗急救、抢险等），工作人员可在未通知同学的情况进入其房间。每次须有两个以上的工作人员同时进入房间。
Notice will be posted publicly in advance iftheair-conditioner, pipe, fire equipments’in dorms need to be checked, or repaired. workers have the right to enter into dorm at the announced time no matter whether students are in the dorms or not. In emergency (such as fire, flood and other similar situation), entry without notice may happen. NOTE: Each time at least two staffs are required to enter into the room together.
9、禁止使用电炉、取暖器、电加热器等违规电器；遵守防火规定，爱护消防器材，严防火灾，室内禁止存放易燃易爆物品；
Observe fire regulations all the time.Electric cooker, heaters and stoves are not allowedto use in dorms.Combustibles and explosive substances are not allowedto be keptin the dorms.
10、宿舍或公共场所的设施如有损坏，请及时报告管理人员，到服务台登记，以便工人及时修理。
Please report tothepropertymanagementoffice if there is any damage to the facilities in your own dorm or in the public area, so that worker can repair them in time.
